I've called about this problem three times. The first time, I was assured that the drivers would be informed not to leave food outside. During the second call, I was promised a credit, which I did receive. However, today’s delivery driver was aggressive when knocking on my door. She seemed upset because I had called about her previous behavior. Although she did apologize, her tone felt insincere. However, during the most recent delivery, the driver knocked aggressively on my door, clearly frustrated with my previous complaint. Although she apologized, her insincerity was evident. This driver just took our order to the wrong place and left it outside on the ground and left. Luckily I was able to see the driver pass and we called to ask if tht was our order. She said she has another person with the same name in the area, but she thought the voice sounded different when she called to let us know she was going to be late. If tht was the case why didn?t she ask to make sure and clearly the address is different. I also called jimmy johns to let them know and the manager just made excuses for the driver and did not apologize. I spoke with the general manager of this location, who seemed more upset on their behalf than concerned about my treatment. They accused me of “harassing” them just for reporting my experience. I was shocked to learn that I could potentially be banned from all Jimmy John's locations. I plan to contact corporate about this matter, but I want to warn others: if you have any issues with this store, the GM will likely play the victim. There's the typical Jimmy John's, and then there's the one on Gateway Drive. The food was not only tasty, but the service was also warm and friendly. Additionally, both the dining area and the restroom were spotlessly clean. This is the best-managed Jimmy John's I've ever been to. I highly recommend it—5 out of 5 stars!

I visited for the first time, and the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining everything to us. They also perfectly tailored our order to our preferences. The food was outstanding. I only wish there was a location nearer to us!

I went to the drive-thru and ordered the beach club sandwich. It was absolutely delicious! The staff was really friendly as well!
