Jimmy John's - Reserva de mesa

I've ordered a couple times from this location with no issues. But this last time really sent me. I ordered for delivery which is supposed to be freaky fast right? Well 30 minutes went by and nothing so I called to check on the order. Was told they are busy and it shouldn't be too much longer. It ended up being over an hour before it was delivered. And when it finally came, they dropped it on my porch and didn't even bother to knock or ring the door bell to notify me. Also, let me add that I put a tip down when I ordered of 30% and they didn't tell me that they were busy/backed up. I would have just appreciated them being upfront about how long it would be. I have an online order for the delivery at 4:16pm, got a message that said for the delivery, super oh I was wrong. after approx. 45 minutes I called the load and asked where my delivery was, they assured me that it was delivered, strange, my ring camera never went away looking at the recordings and sure that enough nobody had thrown anything. they said we would keep it back and deliver it back and offered business credit. I said well, guess what's not a sandwich yet.

As it turns out, they're not so fast you'll freak. I wish I could give them negative stars. I waited over 45 minutes for a pick up order I placed online correctly. One would think they could at least make my 2 sandwiches correct. Nope! A small mistake would be understandable. I'm not that picky, but how do you forget the meat on a sandwich? Short of forgetting the bread...that's the only worse failure I could envision.

a place where you don't want to go and spend your money. last Sunday I bought a few sandwiches at 17.30 a.m. and only 2 were there. one took a command over the phone and the other slept on one of the tables that scratched his head. After two minutes he stood up and asked me what I can get you and didn't know what was on the sandwiches. So I went and went to the jersey babe. the best! I will never go to jimmy johns. very nice workers, but it is very disappointing when they order the cubano and they forget the cheese and the speck. like the two main components of the sand that. last time, when I commanded that they forget my “freedom” side of avocado spread and another time when they are on my sandwich. cheese and meat on a sandwich to forget is a big and quite disappointing.

The sandwich is good I have a friend working there and once he buy a bunch of different sandwich whit discount it was good but smaller than the pictures

This is the slowest JJs ever. Not freaky fast. Consistently takes over 5 minutes for one sandwich to be made when there is no one in the store.

Ordered a Tuna sandwich but all I can taste was the lettuce and cucumbers because they add very little tuna.! Worst sandwich I ever had.!
