Very weird experience today. I didn't add a tip to my delivery, since I was going to tip with cash, but I got a call from someone at the store letting me know that I didn't tip and If i wanted to add one. Seemed a little rude about it as well. I don't know if this is a standard practice now but it seems really strange. What is the $6 delivery fee going to then if they feel the need to start calling customers?Horrible management if this is what they're doing now. I will start taking my business somewhere else now.
This is crazy. I go to Jimmy John's all the time and I always get the peppers on the side because I have sensory issues. But this location would not even allow me to pay for the FREE peppers to be put on the side because they refused because of management rules. That's insane. I will never come here again. It's freaking peppers. Yall crazy
Freaky fast more like absurdly slow. I sit here typing this review as I hit 30 minutes of watching my sandwich order sit in your shop and not be worked on nor delivered. Should change your slogan if you 're going to take longer than most pizza places take make a full order.I will he disputing this charge, what a joke of a location.
Three years ago, I ordered the most delicious and generously filled sandwich at this restaurant. It far surpassed Subway's offerings. However, now their quality has declined significantly. The sandwiches are poorly filled and it is difficult to differentiate between the various options.

I ordered delivery for the second time from Daniella, and I have to say that she is really wonderful and provides excellent customer service!
I ordered a sandwich and waited over an hour and a half for it. This place definitely doesn't live up to its "Freaky Fast" promise!
The food is consistently excellent, but you need to pack your own items and request napkins if you need them.
