The management at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. I encountered a rude staff member with pink or purple hair during my visit. Whenever I order the #12 sandwich, there's never enough avocado, despite the fact that I'm paying for it. The container is often empty, yet they keep scraping it, which is frustrating to watch while they're making my sandwich. When I brought this issue to their attention, the girl with the purple hair responded with an attitude, stating that we'd get more avocado soon and told me to wait for my sandwich over there. Ordered a slim 4 with cheese, it took them 10 min to make this (the store wasn’t busy and there were several people working). Besides it being wrong, there’s not even a full slice of turkey on it. The one other person in the store also received the wrong order (which they were in the middle of remaking). Unfortunately I didn’t notice mine was wrong until I got home. Will not be going to this location again. Seems like their service has drastically declined.
By far the most friendly Jimmy John's I've ever been too. Walking in a employee was outside held the door same guy took my order was extremely nice. Told me the wrap I was thinking about getting is going away soon and should definitely try. It was great . Then filling up my cups a young man taking break asked if I needed a cup holder which I was grateful for. Overall nicest employees all around. Great job.

The service is quick when it comes to making your sandwich, and the staff is extremely courteous. The restaurant is well-staffed, and the presentation of the food is impressive.
Wow, they are freaky fast! Right after I ordered a slim #1 (the ham and cheese sandwich), it was already made before I could even pay for it! Thanks guys!!
It's like its run by the breakfast club. Some of the coolest around. Never had a bad experience here.
