Google needs to implement a 0 stars rule because that’s what my experience deserves. I was just their 39 minutes ago and their was supposed to be a different guy taking my order but this dude employee took my order instead. Not only was he pressuring me to size up my sandwich when I politely asked for a six inch, but when I ordered another sandwich he put it in as 12 inch instead of asking me what size I wanted. Than he rudely left to make my sandwich and didn’t give me a recipe. The whole time he interacted with me he used a unpleasant tone and looked annoyed to even be taking my order. I ordered through the app for my lunch and I ordered 2 sandwiches and just got 1. so much for being freakishly fast and getting my order right. I called them to let them know about my missing sandwich and letting them know that I had been waiting on top of that and all the employee can offer was delivering my other sandwich. which originally was supposed to be delivered with my first one. I also got food poisoning from that second sandwich. Thanks a bunch Jimmy John’s now I know why ppl tell me to stop giving them my business
Amazing customer service. Employee wished me happy holidays. Food was delicious and I highly recommend this establishment. I came at 1PM on a Monday. Parking: Lots of spots with a big parking lot and a little area up front by establishments. Kid-friendliness: Amazing kid friendliness. They have “Little John’s” which is a mini sandwich available in Originals #1-#6). They have some drinks that are not caffeinated such as Water, Lemonade, Fanta, and Sprite.
Walked in and a staff person was not wearing a mask. He was spreading mayo on a sandwich with his finger (wearing a glove). I thought he might grab a mask but he didn't so we left. The sign on the door says we follow CDC guidelines. I guess they don't. Thought the manager might step up and say put a mask on but nope.

I went here for lunch with a friend, and we were quite disappointed with the sandwiches. I ordered a BLT without tomato, but it came without any mayo. My friend got a Slim 6 and barely had any cheese on it. At this rate, we might as well have just ordered bread!
Website is completely incorrect, location apparently closes at 7pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends. Fortunately staff answered the phone to at least say so
Ordered a beach club and they didnt even put the turkey on the sandwich. Just got tomato, lettuce and cucumber between the bread. Ew!
I order from this Jimmy John's just about every week. Great delivery and order accuracy. Glad they are in my neighbor.

Best location I have been to yet. Loaded veggie sub! It looked like the sandwich from the commercial!!!
