For the last two attempts at ordering food here, my coworkers I have had to wait over 1.5 hours 40+ minutes respectively. On 7/12/24, no ETA for delivery was provided, no mention of only one delivery driver available, nor just one sandwich maker (manager Jahlil); no clear communication provided. Previously when waiting 1.5+ hours on prior order, I was given a store credit though do not feel comfortable using this at this store. Consistently poor customer service communication. Upon entering the store there were three employees present. They never looked up and acknowledged my presence because they were all wearing headphones. The employees were not wearing gloves and they were handling the bread and meats without any gloves. One of the employees was texting on his phone and proceeded to scratch his scalp and continued to handle the food. I’m sure this location has multiple food and safety violations. I strongly recommend trying another location because this one is not clean and their employees have zero cares.
I did a pickup order and arrived to find only the sandwiches on the rack, we had to pack the rest of our order. The bread was underproofed and the sandwiches were messy. Wayyyyy too much mayo on mine and missing other ingredients ordered. Staff didn’t even acknowledge us until we were walking out. I worked at a JJs for 2 years and my old bosses would have been appalled if we ever produced an order as bad as this one.
I wasn't able to walk to the counter of Jimmy John. I don't remember the young lady name. So I asked if she can meet me where I was sitting. She did it and took my order. She was really nice.

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced. Restaurant is nasty and employees are rude. I walked in and was told “Sorry we can’t help you, we have too many online orders”.
Just spoke to the manager Malcolm who had me on hold 25 minutes to no resolution. Monday I got the ham and Italian sub and I am still sick today.
Didn't put any meat on my turkey sub. Just noticed when I sat down to eat. Will not buy from this location again.
Winter was amazing! She prepared the sandwich exactly how I wanted it. I always have a great time when I visit!
