Jimmy John's - Reservar una mesa

Not only is Jimmy John's food spectacular, but my wife ordered a sub to our house while I worked and our son went through terrible twos to throw her lunch in the garbage when she went to the bathroom. She called me to cry because she was really looking forward to Jimmy John's and didn't even take a single bite. I thought Jimmy John's would only charge us for the same sub on the same card and deliver us a new one, but they didn't even charge us that they did it as a complementary and I think that was really nice because it wasn't even their fault and now my wife is happy again, great customer service!

I usually have a decent experience when I visit this place, but my first attempt to order delivery was very frustrating. My office is 5 minutes from here (1 mile) and I ordered after lunch and it took 30 minutes for delivery. The crazy fast delivery slogan obviously did not apply. They also did not pay attention to simple requests such as cutting sandwiches in half or marking the subs with the names we want. These are simple things you need to do better.

I actually work here. I know in the past a female manager who no longer works here. Management is better and though delivery times may get high we are doing the best we can with labor cuts. We had some recent drivers get fired due to bad attitudes and we are trying our best to get more drivers. I'm there everyday and please know, I'm trying to make this store better. I've read all the reviews and I will take everything in account.

They say they make fast sandwiches and they were not a joke! I ordered a sandwich and I changed my card to pay my sandwich before I put my PIN number in?

Very great experience! Delivered incredibly fast, and a friendly driver. Good food if you're in a hurry and need something here, fast.
