I want to begin by expressing my appreciation for Jimmy John's, but this particular location could use some managerial improvements. I placed an online order at 12:06 PM, and when I arrived to pick it up 15 minutes later, my food was not ready. I was told it was "next," yet I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes while other customers who arrived after me received their sandwiches. The customer service was rather disappointing. The only reason I'm not giving a 1-star rating is that I believe this experience does not represent Jimmy John's overall, just this specific location.
I was charged for a regular combo when I ordered a little john combo. I knew it was the wrong price so I asked the cashier if $9.53 charge was correct. His coworker and him confirmed it was right. Since I didn't want a confrontation over $2, just paid and left. It's just concerning not knowing something basic like the prices of their most popular combos and overcharging.

That was incredibly fast! I went in to grab an Italian Nightclub combo (which is always a fantastic sandwich), and it was ready just as I finished paying. Sure, I was the only customer at the time, but the team worked seamlessly together. They were chatting with each other and with me, so I didn't even realize my sandwich was being prepared until it was handed to me!

That WAS Freaky Fast. Went in for an Italian Nightclub combo (always a great sandwich) and it was done the moment I finished paying. Granted, I was the only customer there, but the team worked great together and they were carrying on a conversation witheach other and me, so I didn?t even notice my sandwich being made until it was handed to me!
The service was awful. When I called to resolve an issue, the woman who answered was unhelpful and said they couldn't locate my order. The customer service left much to be desired, and it's no wonder they have a 3.3 rating—definitely check reviews before ordering. Additionally, my sandwich was missing half of its ingredients.
I frequently order from Jimmy John's using the app and have consistently had a positive experience. I enjoy customizing my sandwich, and it's always been prepared perfectly. The customer service is fantastic as well!
The bread at JJ is fantastic, and I absolutely love the sandwiches. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I noticed they were cleaning the entire time I was there, which kept the place very clean.
