Staff was impolite. As someone who doesn’t go to Jimmy Johns they did not lead me through the ordering process, gave me a sandwich with just meat. Did not label each sandwich so I had to open each one to see what was inside. When I went back in, it was clear that the staff thought I was ridiculous. They wouldn’t take back the sandwich without any tomatoes or lettuce on it and laughed when I asked them to throw it away. Gave them a dollar tip prior to them making the sandwich and, for two sandwiches it was $36. Total came to $38. Would not have tipped if I had known what kind of service they were providing. Drove to this location and one employee is outside putting out rugs and taking down the table umbrellas. The other employee is inside sweeping. The employee takes the umbrella inside the restaurant and sees me walking in so he goes directly to theregister. The employee sweeping sees me and puts the broom down. The one sweeping grabbed gloves without washing his hands, imsure he'sthe one that will be preparingthe sandwich. I didn't say a word after I saw how unsanitary they both were . Instead Iwalked out and im going to a restaurant where I can see the employees follow health rules. Every chance I get I will share thisstory because I think this is just one of the simplest and basic food hand...

This branch is just average; in some aspects, below average. I ordered a spicy Italian and asked for extra jalapeño. Unfortunately, when the order came, only got 3 pieces, 3! Also, I used to be able to use a gift card to order, and now I cannot. So I asked the order taker about how would rewards be accumulated, and how to add I'm the gift card. He did not understand nor seem to care about what I was asking. This is not what customer service is about!

It was a slow day, which was nice because we took our time to see the entire menu. They have great, fresh food. Service was fast and polite. The giant is 16 .. I ordered the Unwich option where the sandwich is lettuce wrapped. The restaurant was also immaculate. Much to my dismay this branch was closed today, despite being listed as opened this Saturday. They have a broken door and have had it broken for what? Like a year? I and 5 other customers stopped by for a sandwich and nothing. No lights, no employees, no signs of life. I assume this one is dead. Smh Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I hunted this place down when I got the craving for the Gargantuan. I ordered it over the phone and they had it ready as I showed up. The store looked very clean and the staff was friendly. Now pardon me as I crawl inside the sandwich and eat my wayout.

They don't care enough to hire staff. They put everything on 1 or 2 employees. Greedy corporation unwilling to pay so everyone suffers. Abusive customers make it even worse. Reserva una mesa ahora

They went above and beyond, taking care of me when I wanted to use my coupons. They made sure I left happy!
