The online hours for this store say they’re open until 9 PM, so I placed a mobile order for pickup at 5:30 PM. However, they canceled my order and called to inform me that they close at 4 PM. When I asked about this discrepancy, the employee explained that the manager doesn't see enough profit in the evenings but has chosen not to update the hours online to avoid alerting corporate. So there you have it, Jimmy John's corporate—now you’re aware!
We went 3 times this week and all 3 times they were closed early. I guess they close whenever they want. We even tried to order on line during business hours wouldn't let us so drove over there and they were closed 4 hours early. Guess it's back to Jersey Mikes
I was truly impressed by the quick service at this Jimmy John's; it was remarkably fast. The sandwich was delicious, although I found the bread to be a bit chewy. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Wishing everyone a wonderful day and happy dining!

Night Service sucks. The employees act nice but make sure to not have any bread available so they can tell you it will take 15 min to make. So that you can decide to leave rather than order. Twice this has happened to me. Food: 4 Service: 1
