I went into order and fought to get the coworker to hear our order because their music was so loud. we have our order and do not have everything we have ordered. they come to find out that they did not ring it when we ordered it and had to go back and have a second transaction because they did not hear what we said about the music. employees weren't kind at all after we asked about the articles we were missing. definitiw will not go back.

Waited on delivery for over 50 minutes. It would be nice to know if an order was going to take longer than normal, especially when their website shows not busy. Our three sandwiches arrived after an hour and the bread was hard.I want to edit to say that I 've lived in Lombard for well over 20 years and this was always our JJ location. It has not always been this bad, but in the last year or two, it has went downhill.

I'd give jimmy johns zero if I could. constantly underoccupied, I had paid several times where I ordered online, and got a call let me know that they don't have a delivery driver, but also can't refund my money for 3 to 5 days.
