This was our first visit to Jimmy John's, and we ended up changing our minds while placing our order at the drive-thru. When we picked up our order, we noticed that we were missing one sandwich, which was entirely our oversight. When we requested to order another one, they kindly offered it to us for free! We attempted to pay for it since it wasn't their fault, but they insisted on not taking any payment. It was an excellent customer experience, and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious.

After 30 years of living, I finally made my first visit to a Jimmy John’s, and I can confidently say it has become my favorite fast food restaurant! While this location can get quite busy at times, the delicious food makes any wait worthwhile. I can definitely see this becoming a regular spot for me. The staff are incredibly friendly and do an outstanding job. You really can't enjoy amazing sandwiches without amazing people!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I informed the manager that I received a complete stranger's sandwich, she was extremely unhelpful. I had to drive all the way back across town, but she refused to speak with me in the store. When I tried calling her, she abruptly hung up. I went through the drive through. It took forever. They asked if it was ok to wait for the bread.well you have too theres no where else to go .your stuck behind cars.then when I ordered a pop.it didnt taste like pop it was carbon. Yum
The sandwiches were large and had a fresh flavor, made with high-quality ingredients. I appreciated the quick service. However, I felt that $30 for just three sandwiches was a bit pricey for my taste.
