Not freaky fast and from the looks of it, the store was fully staffed. There was a crowd but it still took longer than other locations I have visited. Bread was stale and could not have been baked within 4 hours (as promised). I will not be back. Noteto Owner reply: Your store owners should be reading Google reviews and since your site requires all my contact info, I (and mostother reviewers) will not leave my reply on your company website. Removing those requirements may get you more peopleduplicating their reviews.
JJ was our 3rd stop. First was Wendy's where we never got served. Next was Arby's where dining area was closed. We remembered there was A JJ near a hotel we had stayed at on our last trip to Billings. Service was fantastic. I chatted with the owner ashe made our order, very friendly. Food was just what we were looking for. Next time we will skip the others and go to JJ.
Had a fantastic experience at Jimmy John's. While traveling and looking for a quick, healthy option without a long wait, an amazing employee named Angel recommended a lettuce-wrap sandwich. I was served and ready to go in just five minutes. The sandwich was delicious. Thanks so much, Angel!
Great sandwich shop! The sandwiches, salads, and breads all taste incredibly fresh, as if everything was just sliced for you. However, I wish they would be more generous with the fillings. You shouldn't be able to fold the bread without seeing the sandwich contents at all.

Definitely made a mistake coming here. Been waiting about 45min and counting for 1 sandwich. People who came in after me have been served 1st. The workers seem to mean well, I don't mean to attack any individual. But as a whole, the execution is lacking.
I've had lunch at this restaurant a few times, and I've noticed that their menu has only featured sandwiches on my last two visits. Nonetheless, the sandwiches were tasty and served promptly.
Attempted to place an online order, twice. Both times I was charged for the order but an error occurs and my order doesn 't go through. Now I 'm out $40 and still hungry.
They say their bread is no older than 4 hours but mine was hard like cardboard and more like 4 days old. I counted 7 or 8 workers yet service was slow and disorganized.

The sandwiches are always exceptional. It would be nice to have salt and pepper available at the table, though.
The sandwiches are fantastic! I especially love that they provide a low-carb option.
