I took my dad here for breakfast one Sunday morning. My dad being very proud to serve his country always wears his Korean War hat. We were seated quickly to our table. As we were looking over the menu a young man maybe late 20's early 30's politely tapped my dads shoulder and thanked him for his service and shook hsnds. My dad was in 7th heaven! We enjoyed breakfast. When it was time to receive the check the waitress came over and said a young man paid for your meal! Dad was the happiest and proudest man that day. I do wish that I could say this place was great, but I can't. me and my dad came in when it wasn't busy just to get some food and try this place out. there was maybe 6 or 7 tables that had people at most and 3 people at the bar. most of these people already had their food or it was on the way. we waited a good 20 minutes for food, which isn't horrible! the food was good but they did forget some little things but thats not why we were upset with this place. We waited 30 minutes just for someone to ask if we needed our check. and then we had to wait another 10 minutes just for them to give back the card. service wasn't very great their at all but I do have to say their food is good. We have been coming to this area for 2 years, always packed. Now that we have finally tried their breakfast it wasn't nearly what we expected. The sausages with the kids meal, were huge and not fully cooked. The Hash was supposed to be homemade and it was definitely canned, no flavor! Have a kids menu, but no changing table to change kids diapers...resorting to changing on the bench seat. All waitresses seems tired, cranky and did not want to be there accept ours. O and the hash browns are frozen from BJs. Being always a line out the door, the food isn't up to par in my opinion or worth waiting in line for. Drive away if you can!
Never tried this place before so I attempted to place an order for pickup, whoever answered the phone said Jimmy 's , and I replied Hi can I place an order for pickup? Without ANY warning or word I am placed on hold for 5 minutes. When she picks up she again says Jimmy 's to which I again replied Hi can I place an order for pickup? to which she sighed and said yup hold on and slammed the phone down. Old school diner with some modern items on the menu. We had an egg white omelette with tons of veggies which somehow tasted great together and an egg sandwich which was huge. Two eggs, two sausage patties two hash browns. HUGE. And Erin was the best server. She anticipated our requests and I saw her helping other guests that weren’t in her section. This place is great.
Came in for dine-in and the service was awful. Our waitress rarely came to our table, the coffee was cold, and the food was bland. We ordered fries twice and they never brought it. They also messed up our wraps. The other jimmy K’s is much better. My family and I will never come here again.
