I just dropped in for a cup of coffee after having an outstanding crepe at Millie's just down the street.  This place has many different types of coffee including espresso, latte, and iced ones.  I just ordered the regular brewed coffee $1.75).  I helped myself to two scoops of brown sugar and some cream.  The aroma was attractive and the taste was bold inviting you to take a few more sips.  I could still feel the caffeine in my system after a few hours.  There were many people there chatting, reading, and on their laptops.  They have an indoor cafe as well as an outdoor patio.  The patio even has electrical outlets to recharge your devices as well as your body.

Neat Place. Jimmy's coffee is a rather trendy place in Kensington. The place has a rather large patio in the back which is great for dates, study groups and just plain chillin'.<br/ <br/ I had a latte, which was served in a glass (see pic . I thought it was rather bizarre as the drink was hot and I could barely touch the glass as it wasn't heat resistant. Noticed all other patrons to be having difficulty with the same thing. Other than almost burning my hand...the drink was delicious and the atmosphere was great.<br/ <br/ When I go back...will not order a hot drink unless they change their cups : .

Always friendly staff willing to explain the menu to even the most ignorant coffee 'aficionado '. The coffee is always on-point and the patio in the back where stoners used to hangout when it was originally the hotbox cafe has been transformed into a beautiful refuge in the heart of Kensington.

Jimmy's sets the standard for excellent coffees served by dedicated staff in interesting locales such as this one in the heart of Kensington Market. Both sweet and savoury snacks are on offer such as the delicious butter tarts as well as sandwiches. Jimmy's never disapoints.

This place was the only cafe I could find in Kensington that wasn't cash only. The coffee was okay but they have cups with yellow lids and lots of seating space. It seems like a nice place for some alone time with a good book.

A very hip atmosphere hidden in Kensington market. I had fresh squeezed orange juice and a single espresso. The espresso was good but I wasn't completely blown away by it. It's definitely a spot I'll go again though.

I had a vanilla latte from this place. It was creamy, velvety but a little too sweet. I will come back and try something new. I couldn't really sit and enjoy my latte because it really busy (no available seats).

This is a busy spot for a cuppa coffee because it tastes so good! The medium-bodied gets a thumbs up. The vibe is true to the neighbourhood, and there's a little patio out back to sip your java al fresco.

Just got a fresh brew here. Forget about Starbucks and go to Jimmy's if you can. Great coffee and cool atmosphere. This is a hip indie coffee house for sure.
