This was our first time dining here, and it was a delightful experience. My partner had the beef dip and the onion rings, and he said both were excellent. The beef was real, tender slices that did not fall apart in the sandwich, and there was a nice layer of flavorful cheese on top. The onion rings were also beautifully crisp. I ordered the Reuben sandwich, and I have to say, I'm quite particular about how it's made. It was perfect—no horseradish or Dijon, just good old-fashioned mustard on rye bread. Always was told good things so I gave it a try. Got the ham Benny and the hollandaise sauce was flavorless, ham? Barley any less then an 1 Oz of ham on each side. Paid 8$ for fresh fruit that taste like they cut the fruit with the same knife as an onion. Only decent thing was the pancakes. Disappointed to say the least. I won't be ordering from here again. I placed a SkipTheDishes order, and it took almost 45 minutes instead of the promised 17. The omelet was flat and rubbery; even my toddler didn't enjoy it with the cheese. I wanted shredded hash browns, but they had run out, so I had to settle for cubed ones. This indicates they aren't using fresh potatoes. Overall, the food was very disappointing.
A delightful restaurant! I ordered an omelette with cheese, spinach, and sausage, while my friend chose a vegetarian omelette. We were served promptly, and the attentive server kept our coffee filled and made sure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this place!
