The restaurant's interior has a distinct '80s kitsch vibe, complete with linoleum flooring and tables reminiscent of dated fast food joints. Novelas play on the screen, adding to the atmosphere. I didn’t check out the restrooms, and there’s plenty of parking available. The staff is friendly and hardworking. It's not the best neighborhood, with many homeless individuals around who seem to be struggling with mental health issues, but these local ethnic eateries often serve the best food!
We both ordered the "Pollo Loco Special," which includes half a rotisserie chicken, bread, fries, and a salad. I also had a large Orange Bang, which was fantastic! Sadly, another local favorite, on San Gabrie...

I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash, and I was blown away! Even after a lengthy delivery drive, it was the BEST pastrami sandwich I've ever tasted! I also treated myself to the chili cheese fries, and they were incredible as well!
Brought my friend for the first time and we ate good she enjoyed herself as much as I do wen I go there. Good service when eating inside so dine in. Kid-friendliness: They have seating for kids and families and a kids menu too.

You have to order before they let you use the restroom. The breakfast burritos is large and flavorful and delicious. There is a drive through. If like to try more of their food. Very clean, and the people are friendly.
This is one of the better Jim's locations I've been to. The quality and service are always excellent. You absolutely have to try the Asada Chili Cheese Fries!
