We came here early on Father's Day. Good thing we made a reservation because they were getting really busy. The waitress told us this was their busiest day of the year! Despite being busy the service was amazing. We opted to eat outside because there were no tables large enough to seat our party. The inside is a bit dated. My hubby and I shared the Hank omelette, which had some bell peppers, onions , tomatoes and Jack cheese. It was a bit bland! Also if you say you are splitting with someone there is an extra fee, however the fee was waved for us because I ordered a side of pancakes. Just an FYI. Overall it was ok
I got the build your own omelette was it was 10/10! I got chorizo, bacon, onions, bell pepper, and pepper jack cheese. The omelette is huge so I saved the other half for my boyfriend for lunch. Instead of hash browns or country potatoes I got fries, they were nothing special. Boyfriend got the steak and eggs and said it was not good and he would not recommend getting it. Overall I'm super satisfied with the omelette I got! The place seemed to be clean, our waitress was super nice, and it's a cute little place to get breakfast or brunch!
Cozy, homey local spot tucked away in Pleasanton! Excellent customer service and a solid breakfast with substantial and very filling portions. We ordered the chicken fried steak and theynaplit it for 2 people, which worked out perfectly. We also got a side of sausage and a hot chocolate safe to say we are stuffed!
Jim's is a staple in the area, they have great breakfasts, but today I wanted lunch. I ordered their version of a patty melt with fries. The burger was from a local rancher per the waitress, good flavor tasted great. The fries were a steak fry hot every inch. Will definitely be back.

Yummy spot. The waitress is always so kind and friendly! The food will never disappoint at Jim's it is always delicious, hearty and flavorful. I always leave Jim's very satisfied with the food and service and of course a happy stomach!
Good diner with an extensive menu. Service was good, but the food definitely isn't cheap. I spent $24 on a Two Egg breakfast with no meat coffee. It may not seem crazy in California, but it's twice what I would've paid in other states.
Old school diner just a few streets away from downtown Pleasanton. They serve your standard American breakfast plates. Everything is good and the service was nice. I had their country-fried steak with eggs and hash browns.
Service, food and atmosphere...excellent. Sue was great while helping us. If you want a nice place to grab some breakfast, this is it. Will definitely be back.

Another great breakfast! Love their Country Fried Steak and Eggs. Really good gravy. Fast service! Always busy, but they always find you a place to eat.
Classic old school diner style food. Good sandwiches and HUGE portions!! Make sure to come hungry or ready for some leftovers!
