"Excellent food, flavors on point, the Sunrise roll and the Fujiisan Ramen were both 5/5! Will definitely be coming back. The waitress could've done a bit better but the food was INCREDIBLE and that's my main concern."

This place is exquisite. The restaurant have over 30+ years and the owner is Japanese. They have sushi tables, teppanyaki and kotatsu. The quality they offer is incredible. When you order the teppanyaki it comes with a broth that is amazing( I was like I want more of this) and a little bowl of salad with an amazing dressing. We order salmon, chicken, filet and teriyaki beef. The meat was so soft and with delicious flavor. The salmon was delicious. They cook for us also a fried rice also super good and I order some gyozas (beef and veggies) sooooo damn good.. the service is great and we had a Mexican chef cooking for us the teppanyaki.. everything soooooi good

This place was amazing. We chose to have table seats and skip the hibachi, so we could see our sushi being prepared. It was delicious! I had the Ramen with Butter Broth and the sushi, and we shared the Crunchy Lobster Roll. The ramen was absolutely wonderful and for all the anime fans, it satisfied that 'I want to eat ramen like Naruto ' urge. The sushi was good and fresh as well. I wouldn 't recommend the Crunchy Lobster roll, but that 's more preference than anything else. The atmosphere was very laid back, which we enjoyed. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back here.

Came here with a friend during the lunch hour. The service was pretty good, everyone was super nice and they asked to refill our waters about 20 times which is a bit excessive but my biggest pet peeve is when someone doesn’t refill my water so I was happy with the attention. The sushi was okay, coming from the NYC area I can say I’ve definitely had better but it was still a good meal. The sushi was fresh and there were no weird smells. I like that the spicy rolls are more spice and less mayo. And the eel roll I got was quite tasty. Parking was convenient.

My family and I had an amazing evening at Jinbeh. Our server was Gill. He was simply great, he kept our attention through his whole cooking performance and the taste was marvelous. We ordered the seafood combo, every piece of seafood from the lobster to the shrimp and scallops was done to perfection. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Hibachi experience in the DFW area.
