One of our family members is a local, and booked a large group for a Sunday night at 5pm (there were 18 of us). I had not been there before, however one of our family had, and we were looking forward to a good feed. We normally eat early as most of us work, and have children, so usually enjoy an early meal.On arrival, we noticed that the place was completely empty. Even of staff. The person who meandered out, was mildly interested in us. There were no menus on the table, and after waiting 20 minutes we got up and asked for a menu. The menu (a book) is a lot to take in, ranging from Jinnah's specialities of nihari, haleem and paya curries to various tandoor-roasted meats and even chicken nugg...

We absolutely adore this restaurant! It's perfect for takeout and leftovers - we usually order enough to last us two nights. They offer a fantastic variety of both traditional Pakistani and Indian dishes, along with some more unique options to try. We always enjoy mixing things up and exploring new flavors. You can count on Jinnah to deliver a curry packed with delicious, bold flavors.

Ive been visiting Jinnahs for well over a decade now. The interior is fabulously tacky and the curries always delicious. Jinnahs has a long history in Sydney and has stood the test of time. Service can be debatable at times depending on whos manning the floors but its a place to get a decent feed, not be wooed by service staff.

If you didn't know better, you might mistake this restaurant for an Indian one due to its wide variety of dishes from the region. Specializing in Pakistani cuisine, the food is meticulously prepared by immigrant chefs using authentic spices and herbs. Additionally, the decor of the restaurant is also worth noting.
