Unfortunately, my waitress didn't speak English, so I had to ask another waitress to help translate my request for a glass of water. I ended up pointing to a picture on the menu to place my order. They did bring me a small plate of French fries before my meal, which I didn't get charged for, though I'm not quite sure why. My meal was hot and delicious! Just a heads up: they add a 3.9% fee to your bill when you pay with a credit card, but there's no way to add a tip to that charge.
The food at the restaurant was great. However, the bakery had limited options available. I was informed that I would need to return in the afternoon for their pan frances, which struck me as odd since it was only 10 a.m. on a Monday, and I would have expected it to be available. That said, what I did purchase was quite good, and I was not disappointed.
The phone is never answered, and when it is, they often forget to prepare your order. The service inside the store is also very slow. The staff should be more attentive, especially since people only have 30 minutes for lunch and need to be served quickly.
