The coffee at this restaurant is of excellent quality and their pairings exceed the offerings of your typical coffee shop. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The employees consistently have a negative attitude and fail to even offer a basic greeting when taking orders, yet still expect a tip? They always appear to be in a bad mood. During my last visit, I attempted to do some schoolwork, but was disrupted by loud construction noise. The shop should have closed to prevent such disturbances, especially considering I had already paid $10 for my latte. Improvement is needed. So, Jitterz coffee bar is separate from El Sancho BBQ. I ordered a breakfast sandwich from El Sancho BBQ, and then I went inside Jitterz Coffee Bar and ordered me a coffee. I strongly recommend both the BBQ and coffee. It 's a nice relaxing place to chill. I will defenatly be going again. The employees are awesome people and great customer service. Good job, guys! It's disappointing that despite the amazing coffee and cute ambiance of this shop, the staff's rude behavior made me stop coming. They always seem to be in a bad mood and don't even bother to greet or ask for my order. Instead, they just stare at me with an annoyed expression and then have the audacity to ask for a tip. While it's important to support local businesses, I find Starbucks to be much better in terms of customer service.
I absolutely adored this restaurant. It had a very cozy atmosphere. The service was for takeout and the meal type was brunch. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a perfect 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Carmel Misso. There is plenty of parking available.
