They are great people with great service and work ethic. They take pride in what they do. This is the only place I've found that actually makes rolled ice cream (like TikTok) and it is delicious as well. They have a very wide variety of boba and bubble/milk tea on their menu but will also make off-menu combinations as well. I personally like black tea over the others. The strawberry and mango black teas are my favorites. My daughter and I visit close to once a week. Their prices are very reasonable and even more affordable than some other places that offer boba in Monmouth Co. Their location in in Red Bank is also a plus.
JJ Delicacies provides fantastic Asian dining options that are hard to find elsewhere in the area. They offer poke bowls, sushi rolls, and a diverse selection of drinks. I ordered a sushi roll where I could customize every aspect, from the rice to the protein, mix-ins, and sauces. There were ample choices at every stage, enabling me to create a truly unique dish. I also tried the brown sugar boba milk tea, which was delicious, albeit fairly standard. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, though it had a quiet and somewhat minimal ambiance. I would definitely come back when I'm in the mood for more!
Ordered off of Uber eats and was very pleasantly surprised. Poke bowl was fresh and delicious, with very large portion of fish, crisp veggies, and warm well seasoned sushi rice. Lychee slush was pretty standard, boba tapioca was a little disappointing (ok, not great, texture and somewhat flavorless but not offensively bad). Mango ice cream rolls were yummy, but were it not for a few pieces of fresh fruit mixed in, wouldn't have known it was mango flavored. Overall though, a delicious meal and fairly priced.
The bubble tea here is amazing, but I was really let down by the rolled ice cream—it was terrible! It had virtually no flavor. I also can't recommend the cupid heart ice cream. When I inquired about the flavor of the macaron, the staff simply said, "a French pastry." Seriously? There are countless macaron flavors to choose from! Additionally, paying $10 for flavorless ice cream just isn’t worth it. I would suggest visiting Lighthouse or pretty much any other place for a better and more affordable option.

I'm really surprised by how few options there are for poke and bubble tea in my area. Since I live near the beach, I think it's the perfect summer food! Thankfully, I don't have to search anywhere else because JJ's is amazing. The quality of their food is excellent, they provide great customization choices, and the staff is genuinely friendly. I always have a great time when I visit this place!
I'm not quite sure what all the excitement is about rolled ice cream, but I did appreciate the fresh fruit options available. However, I found the prices to be on the high side, and the selection was quite limited. Additionally, the service was slow, and I think it would be beneficial for them to offer traditional ice cream alongside the rolled variety.
A modern Asian take on Friendly's Ice Cream where you can order food and ice cream. A perfect fit for downtown Red Bank. Poke was well-portioned, fresh, and delicious. Service was fast and friendly.Food: 5/5
As for parking, there's a lot next to and behind the building, along with some street parking. It can be a bit tricky to find a spot, but it's definitely worth the effort!

There's an amazing poke bowl place in town! Be sure to sample their refreshing drinks, such as bubble tea and ice cream rolls. They'll definitely lift your spirits!
This restaurant is a fantastic discovery! I highly recommend it if you're nearby and in search of a quick meal. Everything was exceptionally fresh!
