If you're in the mood for authentic home-cooked Korean cuisine, this no-frills spot is worth a visit. We've been following the owner for years, as she handles nearly everything in the restaurant, from cooking to serving, and even making her own kimchi and cucumber side dishes. You can often find a small group of Korean ajoshis enjoying soju and snacks, with a liquor store just 100 feet away. The menu has evolved a bit over the years; for instance, the LA galbi is now sweeter than I prefer, although the kids loved it. Prices are very reasonable, but be prepared for the occasional request to help with some aspect of service. Overall, if you're seeking fairly authentic Korean food and aren't ai...

The worst restaurant experience ever. Even if it was past lunch time, i.e. 3 PM, no serving was done by the employees. We had to grab the menus ourselves and get water from our car because nothing was provided by the employees.Once we got food, we realized that we could get sick if we eat it. Not fully cooked, extremely old food. Because the employees were indifferent to us, we chose not to finish the food instead of finishing it and getting sick.It was unbelievable that the attitude of the employees was shameless. I could see that they were serving water etc to their repeat customers. I think this place needs to be inspected by local health department for food safety. Extremely unpleasant e...

This restaurant is run by a grandma and grandpa. The food is as authentic as it gets and is one of the best in the area. Please don’t come here expecting a level of service you’d get at a typical restaurant. This place is like going over to grandma’s and grandpa’s house for lunch or dinner. It’s a little slow and she’s sometimes forgetful, but it’s literally just the two of them. The food is great so you should definitely visit. Maybe don’t bring a huge crowd because it might be overwhelming for them, but this is sincerely one of my favorite spots.

This place is amazing! Very authentic. I tried all the other restaurants in the area and although they are good, this place really hits the spot. Menu is limited but there are some really good classic options. Please be patient also with the service! 10/10 would come here again.

A rare Korean Chinese restaurant in NJ. Quality and price are good, however the restaurant is physically small and run by an old lady hard of an English, so you gotta know what you are getting to get a full value out of the visit.

Delicious jajjangmyeon and jampong plus the pork in sweet sauce forgot the korean name). The noodles are so fresh. Ordered by phone to take out for the family. Nvr fails to disappoint.

Service is a little slow but the food is worth the wait. The noodles were exactly what I hoped they'd be and I left with a very happy belly.Food: 5/5

Absolutely delicious! Honestly, it's even better than some of the trending places right now. The homemade dishes they serve here are truly the best.
