1. I called to make a reservation for 15 people on the 15th of March. Asked if they had wheelchair accessible area, and they said yes . 2. Upon arrival, we were seated in a small area in 2 separate booths where my wheelchair friend had to abandon her wheelchair because they didn't have any area where we could all sit together at a regular table. THIS WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR HER !! Also, there was NO RESERVATION UNDER MY NAME. Whoever answered the phone that day when I called just left us hanging!!! 3. Edited to add details: Thanks for responding! We ordered the chicken fingers/fries from the kids menu, and the nachos. It took me a bit to figure out why something like nachos was able to turn out badly, but I brought most of our food home and realized that the nachos tasted quite burnt; they didn't look burnt though, so maybe they were in the oven with something that had been burnt..? Unfortunately, both dishes were lacking in seasoning as well.

We had a group birthday party last night it was a blast amazing place food and very lovely employees, I do not know the name of the manager in charge that night (March 2nd) but he was really decent gentleman Maddy took care of us and the night was a memorable blast for all of us because of her.. thank you very much Maddy there are no words to describe how amazing you are..
