I visited your J&theJ establishment yesterday and was shocked to see one of your young employees sporting a controversial statement on his hoodie. Customers in line also noticed and commented on it. Is this the type of representation your company wants? This individual should consider riding along with the SF Police Department one night. UPDATE: After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received a generic apology and a promise of investigation. What is the result of this investigation? The lack of communication from J&theJ suggests that they may have anti-law enforcement sentiments. This is disappointing behavior from the company.

I have generally enjoyed dining at this restaurant in the past, but my recent experience was disappointing. I found a long hair in my sandwich, which was a major hygiene issue that should be addressed with stricter rules for employees. The avocado sandwich lacked flavor, the tunacado was decent, and the spicy tuna was good except for the hair I found in it. The condiments were not well stocked, the bathroom lacked toilet seat covers, and the restaurant was not busy. Despite these issues, the juices were tasty. Overall, my experience was not up to par and has made me hesitant to return.

This is possibly the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I ordered a juice and a tunacado and waited for 20 minutes for them to come out, even though there were no other orders ahead of mine. One of the workers disappeared to the bathroom for a full 10 minutes, while the other was just standing around not taking orders, causing a huge line to form. When my order finally arrived, I found chunks of leftover carrot at the bottom of my Green Sport juice. I suggest considering closing this location, as it is embarrassing.

Great Food and drinks. I came in during rush hour but they were able to get my delicious turkey sandwich out quickly. Overall a Delicious and Great Customer service.
