Definitely a place where the food looks good but the taste was almost bland.Presentation, as expected was marvelous.I had to ask if they even salt the water, and they don't. If you want the meat to have any flavor, ask for the garlic butter bath.Still paid full price for them to put it back in the pot and overcook it some more.Ordered a shrimp sampler, stuffed mushrooms, and an Atlantic steamer pot.Mushrooms could have had a few more minutes, the breading was mush.The Steamer pot had corn that was undercooked, shrimp and lobster was overcooked, and the crab was perfect. The experience at this restaurant was fantastic. There was no wait time, the food came out quickly and tasted delicious. We decided to try their steamed crab with potatoes, shrimp, and corn, and it was delicious with great presentation and worth the price. It was also fun to crack open the shells and use the tools provided. For those who don't like seafood, there are plenty of other options to choose from. One member of our party ordered a juicy burger, while another tried the penne chicken alfredo, which was a bit heavy on the cheese for some tastes. Out dinner and experience at Joe's was really good. It was a busy Friday night, it took a few minutes to be seated because the host was cut and the other girls were busy with to go orders I think. We were seated and it took a few more minutes for our server to come over. After talking to her, she said she just quit her other job and was working 5 or 6 days a week. She had a good attitude but you could tell she was working hard and had a large section to take care of. Our food came out and it looked and tasted good. We showed up after calling ahead for a group of 10 and it made no difference. It is first come first served and big parties showed up while we walked across the street from our hotel. They put us at two bench tables next to each other so not so bad. The appetizers were great hot mozzarella bricks and balls of fire (crab and cheese fried balls). Should have stopped there and we would have been happy. Fish and seafood platter came out and it was an overwhelming plate of fried food. Husband and I went in around 11am. Was greeted by I assume was the Manager. Bartender/ waiter came to our table asked what we wanted to drink. Both gentlemen were very friendly and fast. Alchoholic beverage was tasty, and food was amazing. We had no complaints. Service there was great! I do recommend you come here and experience the atmosphere. Ok well I do have 1 complaint crab leggs can be a little crunchy so I can use the crab cracker lol but they give you all the the tools to eatWell enjoy! We will definitely be back.?????

we're just here and we won't be back. service was friendly but very slow. my daughter steak are completely finished, we sent it back and when they got it back, we were all done. they have not taken it out of the bill that is completely unacceptable. server was nikki. we will not be back, not the $100 bill for an average meal and very bad service worth

Our experience was fantastic. We ordered a combination plate and everything on it was delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. We started off wearing masks at our table but felt comfortable taking them off as it was clear that the restaurant was very clean and a safe place to dine.

Joe's Crab Shack has been around a long time. What once was a fun seafood dining experience has become mediocre at best. My latest trip yielded cold Atlantic Steampots. Very disappointing given the restaurant was maybe 10% full if that. Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent experience! Definitely pricey, but worth it! Recommend going with a partner and getting a bucket for 2. Fun-cracking experience, lots of crab, shrimp, and lobster. Food is good. But the experience is what makes it great!

The experience was absolutely perfect. The evening was fantastic and the food tasted great. The waiter was attentive and we were very pleased.
