Joe’s Italian Grill

I tried to reach out via email with no response, so I am sharing my disappointment in the service at Joe's on 9/14/23. Despite being a happy customer in the past, I may not recommend it again. Our food took so long to come that we had to ask for it to go, and one colleague received a poorly packaged pizza. The manager's solution of 30% off the bill was not satisfactory given the circumstances. Overall, our lunch experience was not pleasant and our perceptions of the establishment have been impacted. The atmosphere rating is lowered due to the presence of flies.

This restaurant is always amazing. Everything on the menu is consistently delicious. We have been coming here from our boat in Kemah to Austin since 12/04/23 and the food has never disappointed. We usually end up ordering extra to take home because we love it so much. It is definitely one of our top Italian restaurants. The service is great and we usually come here for lunch. The prices are very reasonable, around $10-20 per person.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and the sauce was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try. The service, atmosphere, and food all receive a perfect score of 5. The price per person is typically between $10-20 for lunch. I would definitely recommend trying the chicken Alfredo here.

This restaurant is lovely. The staff is excellent and attentive. The portions are generous. I ordered the chicken ala casa with angel hair pasta and had enough leftovers for two more meals at home. I highly recommend this place.
