Joe's New York Pizzeria

I was pleasantly surprised to discover excellent pizza in Georgia. While growing up here, my experience was limited to bland options. Coming from Chicago, a city known for its pizza, I am quite particular about the quality of pizza. During a family road trip, we decided to stop in Atlanta for the night and stumbled upon this restaurant. I highly recommend it with a rating of 10/10. I was impressed by the fresh ingredients and diverse meat toppings they offered. The only critique I have is that it needed a bit more garlic and salt. Pizza Monday nights are a thing now thanks to Jess and Roland. If you haven’t tried this place out yet, you’re missing out. Great beer selection, great taste, but more than anything you feel like at your local pizza place back at home. The one thing i would love to see is a vegan option. I am not a vegan, but i do like eating plant based foods the majority of time for my health sake and having a place that i already love where i can “cheat” but still feel good about it would be a plus. Keep it up Joe! You are in the right track

Not sure why I waited so long to give this place a try (most likely my waist)? Well let me just start with being served the perfect calzone. All I can say is 'Incredible! ', from the ingredients to the preparation. Friendly staff, clean (from the tables, chairs, floor to the bathroom), a nice regular diverse clientele and good cold locally brewed craft beer. There 's absolutely no reason not to try this place. It 's now at the top of my list.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, with a fresh crust and quality ingredients. My only issue is that when I arrived to pick up my pizza, the staff seemed more focused on talking to customers who had already placed their orders, rather than attending to those who were there for pick-up. Since I've been in Alpharetta, I have been searching for a slice of pizza that reminds me of NYC. Unfortunately, there was nothing close to the pizza that I grew up with...the best pizza in the country! Until I ate at Joe's. It simply brought me home!So much so, that I was expecting to hear the R train rumble by. Great sauce! Great crust! Great food!

The crust is crispy, thin, and holds up well under all the toppings. The sauce is perfectly sweet and tangy, and the cheese is of high quality with a great flavor. The service is always quick and friendly, with staff eager to accommodate any request and make you feel at home. In my opinion, Joe's is definitely worth your time and money.

Best pizza ever. Salad and knots are equally great. Easily my favorite go to pizza place anytime I am in the area.

Basic pie, nothing special. Thicker crust. Greek salad was a garden salad with feta and oil dressing.
