Following our most recent stay in late July, we 've decided to finally share a review, especially after reading some of the not so favorable reviews left by others. My wife and I visited Lake Tahoe for the first time in April of 2022 and stayed at Harvey 's. We loved it so much we 've been back eight times with two more trips planned before winter. As for us, we honestly have nothing bad to say about Harvey 's Lake Tahoe. It really has become our go to hotel. Location is perfect...easy walking distance to Heavenly Village, the gondola, restaurants, other casinos and some local hiking/biking trails. The casino is clean, spread out with a good variety of games/machines, and a great atmosphere...
If I could give Harveys Hotel Lake Tahoe 0 zero stars, I would. My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. If you plan on staying here for more than one night, be aware that they do not offer daily housekeeping. This lack of service made it inconvenient and disappointing. Another issue I encountered was the difficulty in requesting room cleaning from both the front desk and housekeeping staff. It seemed like a struggle to communicate my needs, and this added to the frustration of my stay. The hotel claimed that they only clean rooms after the 4th day, but even on the 5th day, I found it challenging to ask for a clean room. Harvey’s in Stateline is the dirtiest, most neglected hotel I’ve stayed in. First, the positives: Bedding and towels were clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was clean and shower water pressure was exceptional. Room cleaning staff was hard working and polite. Now, the deficiencies: Filthy carpets. Hotel smelled musty throughout with an inescapable cigarette odor. Only one side of the bed had a reading light and night stand. Inadequate of outlets. No fan in bathroom, and clear moisture damage to wall paper, Furniture old and scuffed. No fridge. One tiny closet. Single-ply toilet paper. View was of the hotel’s asphalt roof with AC units. Warning: Do not agree to be assigned a room in the old tower. We didn 't know any better, and it was the nastiest room we 've ever had the misfortune to rent. I totally agree with other one-star reviewers: musty cigarette smell, dirty carpet, peeling wallpaper, no fan in the bathroom, no fridge, no microwave, and only one wall outlet, The cherry on top of this miserable stay was no running water for almost a full day, with no communication about what went wrong and when it might be fixed. This hotel is seriously understaffed, which is fine when things go well but not when things break. I will never stay here again, and you should go elsewhere as well.

Booked a room through Caesars Rewards at Harvey’s August 8-12, for the Foo Fighters concert. King view room, 16th floor, corner window, awesome view of Lake Tahoe, place isn’t exactly new so don’t expect that, but it was clean and service was good, great location for walking to shops, restaurants, other resorts/casinos and the lake. The summer concert series they host is a real plus to this fabulous location.
The location of the restaurant is excellent, and despite being busy, the front desk staff was surprisingly helpful. Bibi went above and beyond to resolve an administrative issue. The rooms were clean, and the conference room for my training had all the necessary amenities. The food served was top-notch, and the snacks and drinks were plentiful. Overall, it was a great value.
We were told we would have a non-smoking room with a separate shower. However, the room had clearly been smoked in and the shower was inside a bathtub, making it difficult for one of us to use. The rug in the room was dirty. Additionally, the room rate was doubled because of a show at the amphitheater. We will definitely not be staying at Harvey's hotel again.
Everything was just ok, like I expected. Will definitely will b back and staying more days in this hotel. Super clean, convenient location, we stayed in the 18th floor, we got some view. Will gamble next time when I don’t bring my kids, today it was a family time.

I would recommend skipping the hamburgers at this restaurant. There are numerous TVs playing sports, so if you're a fan, you may enjoy the atmosphere. Perhaps consider trying the pizza instead. Good luck, and please let me know how you find it.
This hotel is in need of an update. The room we had was old run down. No amenities in the room only one wall outlet. Hopefully Harvey’s will do an overhaul of its “resort”. Great location if you’re going to a concert tho.
