I want to first of all say how impressed I was with Joey's yesterday at lunch! My husband and I went in for lunch and were offered complimentary champagne. I was pleasantly surprised by this and thought it was a nice touch! After we ordered our lunch, I realized what day it was and that it was our wedding anniversary. I told the waitress that, and that I had wanted to try the ravioli but they were a bit expensive so I went with something else, but since it was our anniversary I decided to splurge and we wanted to add it on and split it so we could try it. Everything we ate was delicious!! After we were done she asked us to choose a dessert and that it was for our anniversary. I was so touche...
Holy smokes. This was one of the best steaks I have had in years. Cooked perfectly, right amount of seasoning. When I say perfect, I mean tender, juicy, pink and just perfect. I was actually impressed. The staff, well, suffice to say, they seem to do a really good job of hiring younger, stylish attractive people. Aside from that, service was spectacular. Friendly, attentive and fast. Not one complaint. The place itself is very stylish, with a great decor. Nothing looks cheap. I was actually impressed. Place was also very clean. Try this place. I would not say it's cheap, but here, you get alot for the money and food to remember.
The highlight of the evening was when Noel approached us to share that our entire bill had been covered by the couple sitting at the table across from us. They wanted to treat us in honor of the birthday, possibly because we reminded them of their grandparents! It was an incredibly generous and kind gesture that left me emotional (tears of joy, of course). To that couple, if you happen to read this, your kindness was the most wonderful surprise and treat we have ever experienced. Thank you so much! A big thank you also goes to Joey’s and all the staff for making it a night we will never forget.
First time here while visiting the area and the ambiance is great, the gyoza Appy and chicken we're a bit salty bit very tasty. We had the salmon and mashed potatoes and they were surprisingly tasty and the potatoes were creamy and cooked to perfection in my opinion. I would definitely go back. This restaurant is a great spot without being too formal. I ordered the classic steak cooked medium rare, and it was spot on. The mashed potatoes were shaped like spring rolls, with a crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful interior. The waitress was both professional and friendly. Overall, this is a place I would choose for an impressive yet not overwhelming dining experience.
Great service! I highly recommend it. I say at the bar as it was a busy night but I was solo so it was totally fine. The place was busy and regardless my food came super fast. Love how they love to greet you with a glass of bubbly. What a nice welcome. I had the she is pretty drink and Yellowfin Tina salad.
So my experience here was good. The staff was friendly and professional. Food lived up to a Joey experience. Price was a little high in comparison to other places I have gone to and portion was small. I did leave hungry. Over experience was enjoyable and would recommend place if asked.
