I gave them one star, which is far more than they deserve. We attempted to eat here on Saturday night and it was the worst restaurant experience of my life, to say the least. A party of 4, we arrived around 7:15 pm and the waitress took our order for two pizzas. When we arrived, there were people at 4 tables in the restaurant and several people standing for take-out orders. At 7:55, I asked the waitress for the status on our order. She became very defensive and said, Well, I only put in the order in 38 minutes ago. She avoided our table after that. Only one of the other 3 tables had gotten their pizza by then. The take-out orders had slowed considerably by now. Around 8:20, no one was there...

The pizza I ordered was good, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my experience at this restaurant. I was told that my pickup time would be a maximum of one hour, but ended up waiting over an hour and a half with no acknowledgment. When I finally approached the checkout desk, I was completely ignored by a woman with multiple ear piercings and black hair. This restaurant had the worst service I have ever experienced. I had to wait 1-2 hours for my takeout pizza order, as there were only 2 cooks working at a slow pace. When I walked in 2 hours after placing my order, I found 3 wait staff rolling silverware instead of helping the 7 people waiting to pick up their orders. It seemed unnecessary to have so much silverware out when there were only 3 customers dining in. We waited between 5-20 minutes just for someone to come to the pickup register, and the pizza ended up being cold because it was left on a table instead of under a heat lamp. At first glance I thoughts Joey O's was a cute little Italian place. Boy was I wrong. First of the chairs are uncomfortable and move all over the place. There's also not a lot of seating. When I went there was only one waitress and she was a snob. She took our order and all was well. We ordered french fries for an appetizer and it didn't come out so we got a little frustrated. Then our pizza didn't come out till a hour later and it was just sitting for 10 minutes while the waitress just stood around. Do not go to this restaurant! We went in ordered wings and a pizza. We got mozzarella sticks not wings. The waitress told us at least they are cheaper and she walked off. Knowing how hard it is to get help we ate it and waited for our pizza. We had been sitting there for an hour and a half waiting. We asked the waitress she said our pizza would be out in 7 mins. After 10 mins we still hadn't received our order. That was it. We got up went to the cashier to pay for what we had actually received. They tried to charge us for a pizza we never got. I understand they have a lot of takeout orders but the customers actually in the restaurant should take priority.

if I could give them zero stars I would. we waited over 2 hours and the woman at the front was nothing but rude. kept lying that it would be just 5 more minutes and they hadn't even put our pizza in the oven. would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. wish we got our money back. while we were there MULTIPLE people left due to not getting food in hours.

While the pizza may be decent, their operations are a disaster. Who knows when you will get the pizza you order. They get everything confused. Mix up orders and can't tell you what is going on. Very frustrating. And they don't tell you the truth when you call.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Food is good but service is AWFUL Our waitress was very rude. The worst I've ever had. She literally threw our food at us. It wasn't even busy?! Maybe a few table of people. We won't be returning Reserva una mesa ahora

Don't order delivery, it took 2 hours and they use a delivery service that doesn't care . Pizza was no good by the time it got here and called them and they don't care

Terrible experience picking up food at this restaurant. They were very slow at getting orders ready and did not apologize or offer a refund.
