ABER despite price increases, the quality offered in John Benton is worth every cent!!! Beer/wine could have been a little colder. The water was great! Tasteful and also is the cooling. Food: The food is and remains gigantic! Appetizer of American Salat unfortunately now without shrimps and smaller than before, but the dressing is and remains a poem! The main food was the XXL Rumpsteak with 350 grams of the cooking point was exactly as ordered! The oven potato with saucer cream alone is already worth a visit! we have chosen this steakhouse for a break after day-long shaving legs ... the place is beautiful, between the pub and the cellar, very full English supplements (grilled mais, kartoffel with sour cream, pommes ...) no problem for my wife with zöliakie; with some replacement of supplement and sauce he had no problem.I don't understand the negative comments to sauces etc. from other reviewers... apparently have never eaten in an English pub!Central and recommended.
The services are constantly very striving and without leaving friendly!Dekos on the squares and throughout the restaurant is reasonable and stylish. The toilets are always too clean and all in all, the restaurant gives a good impression.I can only recommend the restaurant!What I can truly support are the desserts. My husband and I have been there for the third time and have tried a little new on every visit.
my wife and I have been going for years. one of the best in augsburg. in any case that with the best price performance ratio. absolutely recommended steak peppers, steaks am spieß and the hack sallisburry steak. as a supplement of potatoes. just brilliant. there's a problem. In the evening, there is no place to be reserved.

First time we visited Augsburg, a fine city. We found this restaurant on the way, (main road) to the Cathedral, and we were surely not sorry to have sat a a table here at all. Nice atmosphere, helpful staff, good beef fillets, and pretty fast...service. There was a kids menu too. Recommended.
It was a hassle communicating with the staff cuz they dont speak english, but we managed to understand each other anyway. Tried the specials real good food. Grab your wine and enjoy the street after you’ve finished
