I went here yesterday for my birthday and when we walked in, it was pretty slow. The server was nice and the place had a pretty cool atmosphere. However, it was not an all-around great experience. This was our first time coming here ever and my family was taking my word that it was a cheap place since that was what was listed on the website. However, when it came time to pay, they charged us for four baskets of fries, the food we'd ordered (minus the complimentary ice cream plate given to me since I was the birthday boy) and the drinks which rounded out to almost $95 dollars. When we asked them, they told us that the food DID NOT come with sides and that they charged extra which was not some...
We arrived, the girl that seated us barely made eye contact us, sat us down and then quickly wanted to know what we wanted to drink even before providing us a menu. After we got our fries, they were not even warm. Sent those back and got our burgers(which were good). We finished our burgers before the next basket of fries came. This time they were hot. Before we were finished our food, the waitress brought our bill to table. We felt like we were getting booted out even though the restaurant was almost empty.Very unfriendly waitress. Seemed like she did not care about her job. Was sitting at the end of the cooking area eating food. Very unprofessional.Terrible experience. Never to return.
Terrible service! I don't recommend at all. The customer service is horrible, I have been there twice, my first experience was unpleasant, but I let it go, I thought it was just a bad day, but I saw that NO!, apart from the fact that they make you wait too long, when they finally helped me They told me to order online, I think they should have more friendly staff with their customers, the place was not full and they didn't let us in, and at the same time other people arrived and if they let them in, it seems like they are choosing their customers, I They make you think they are racist.
Terrible service, the staff is rude, they make you wait a long time at the entrance, they will serve you only if they decide to do so, otherwise they will leave you waiting until you leave, if you manage to get in they will serve you in a bad mood, if you are lucky they may You manage to eat without being mistreated, I do not recommend it, it is a very bad experience.

Delicious food, huge portions, and a super fun 50’s diner style atmosphere!!! Every single member of the staff is amazing! I want to give a specific shout out to Corey and Mary! Both of you are awesome and I really wish I could’ve gotten other names. Thank all of you so very much and I will certainly be back!!! ???
Service is incredibly slow. Took 10 mins to be sat (no wait, just no one paying attention to hostess stand) another 10 mins to get our drink order, 15 mins after ordering our drinks for them to actually come and so on with the food. Food had no flavor. Will not come back.
Poor service and outrageous prices. $15 for a hamburger that doesn't even come with a side. EVERYTHING is sold individually. $5 for a basket of fries? Not worth the money or the headache ? Don't waste your time.
I can't believe I spent $74.00 on 3 cheeseburgers and 2 milkshakes and fries , I didn't know they charged for the add ons like that I will never go back there again over priced for a basic burger

Rocket single and spicy Houston single with fries and onion rings. Was very good. Happened to get there when little or no line. Server was attentive and patient.
