I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant that felt like a complete waste of time and money. Considering that there were only a few tables occupied during our visit, it’s hard to understand the delays. We had a reservation for eight people at 3:45 PM, but we weren’t able to order dinner until 4 PM, which was acceptable since brunch was our only option at that time. Unfortunately, our server, Jennifer, didn’t provide us with menus until 4 PM, which meant we couldn’t even start deciding what to order. She finally took our orders at 4:15 PM, but we didn’t see her again until 4:45 PM, which was quite frustrating.
I visited during restaurant week with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to expectations. The restaurant is located in the stunning Hilton hotel, which is a beautiful venue, but that was about the highlight of my visit. We had a 6:30 pm reservation and arrived a bit early to avoid any rush, but we ended up being seated around 6:50 pm despite the restaurant not being busy. I ordered a steak, and it was absolutely delicious; however, the baked potato was a bit disappointing as it was unexpectedly sweet.
The service was incredibly poor. It seemed like our server was purposely avoiding eye contact with us to avoid helping. We went 20 minutes without seeing them at one point. The food was nothing special and disgustingly overpriced, even for restaurant week. The lobster mac wasn’t creamy; it had more of a smoky sauce instead. The gorgonzola crust on my steak barely resembled cheese. $16 for martinis and $6 for a mocktail?! I will never return. This experience taught us the meaning of slow service.
Came here for a graduation dinner as it was the only restaurant that had available reservations. I viewed it as an opportunity to try a new place that we likely wouldn?t have gone to otherwise. The food was sooo good! I got the sausage stuffed mushrooms appetizer. They were very tasty and had a little kick to them. For my main course, I got the Parmesan crusted New York strip steak. I ate here three times doing my stay in the Hilton and was more than satisfied. The staff did well with accommodating my dairy allergy and the food was good. I ordered food late one night as I didnt realize the kitchen closed within the hour and my Waldorf salad didn?t have the apples. I usually don?t order in those situations but overall good experience here. The service was good and the environment is clean and calming.
Excellent! Took my grandson there for his 16th birthday. We both enjoyed the food. Steak was tender juicy?cuts like butter. Chicken Parmesan and Fettuccini were both delicious. I forgot to take a picture but we finished with warm chocolate cake and cinnamon ice cream. There was plenty to share. It was so rich and good. I definitely would go here again.
I had one of the best meals of my life! The veal Sinatra was perfection, and the dessert was nothing short of a masterpiece. The service was outstanding as well! I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it's worth every single penny. The portions are generous—definitely satisfying even for a lumberjack's appetite!
