Reason for visiting: lunch with my buddy Date/time of visit: Saturday afternoon, ~2:00 PM Parking: in the adjacent lot Party size: 2 Environment/ambience: chill environment. They have TVs so you can watch sports or whatever (no sound though . Relatively clean. Service: was good. They were able to flip the channel on the TV to ALA/FL for me ?. Also offered to cleanup after us so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Food: was pretty good. Ordered the Double Cheeseburger combo (quarter pound patties with onion rings and side of thousand island. Cost: $17 for 2 (I think ? . I left a small tip since she cleaned up after us.
I've been visiting this restaurant for 45 years, and I can't praise the staff enough. Phil even brings his kids along, which adds a lovely personal touch! I really appreciate the generous portion sizes, as they allow me to have a delicious meal at home later. The restaurant is consistently clean, which is definitely a big plus!
Decent food with great customer service. If you are craving a sandwich or burger, John doesn't disappoint. During busy lunch rushes, the staff have proven speed and efficiency. I would rate their food at 3 stars, they have good standard fare at the regular fast food price. Their customer service and speed adds another star.
