John's Family Grill

I entered with my service dog and was told I had to leave. I have a heart condition and seizures that my dog is trained to alert me to, however the management and staff is less than knowledgeable about laws and said I couldnt have my dog. I also would suggest that if I had a medical condition and didn’t have my dog to alert me they probably would have let me die. This establishment needs to learn the law before they speak and could also be more professional when asking. It’s illegal to ask to many questions according to the ADA. Dining at John’s family restaurant was a true delight. The food was exceptional, with each dish crafted to perfection and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that the chef is a master of their craft, as the meals were both innovative and beautifully presented. The service matched the quality of the food—attentive, professional, and warm. The staff ensured that every aspect of our experience was enjoyable. thank you to the cook NDUE whose cooking skills ARE PHENOMENAL, he is the reason why so many people come. I placed an order thy over cooked my steak they didn’t give me my onions and bell peppers and they put my sauce inside the bag open and it was everywhere I will never order from this place again !!!!! The girl that answer the phone is no help to fix it either make this worse Im At work and I can’t leave cause that was my break so thy couldn’t get it right the first time !! Don’t waste ur money on this place !!!!!

The restaurant has a clean atmosphere and the service is incredibly friendly. The attentive waitress promptly provided a high chair for my one-year-old daughter and even filled her special sippy cup with apple juice that we brought along. I try to get to John's as much as possible. They never disappoint. Food is outstanding. Extremely clean. Affordable. Service is very good. April is ALWAYS very attentive. We share stories of Port Austin/Caseville. I highly recommend. Be hungry. The portion are huge. Stop in

Every time we come here the food is amazing. Everyone is so sweet and polite. They definitely make you feel like you’re part of the family. Ndue is the best chef.
