Don't plan on sitting their. 2 chairs which are placed on the food line adjacent meaning everyone that walks In looks at how you chew food and at all the fine details your plate has to offer before they decide what their gna eat. I guess they use you if your sitting their and eating as a way to appetize themselves before hand. I literally try to put up a piece of card board to create privacy to prevent that but people will still lurk around you and try to reach over and see you. Humans can not resist savoring before they eat . I never look at peoples food or their face . It's rude and a disrespectful gesture.
I have been to this place a couple times for lunch. Only because it is one of the only lunch places in the area. Both times I had the same awful experience. Food was salty and greasy. If you don't speak Spanish they are extremely rude to you and overcharge you on food. Do not recommend to anybody. If they were at least nice and respectful I would've given 3 stars.
Place is very dirty, unprofessional.Second, be careful ordering online they may refuse to give you the order try to upcharge you. Seems a bit off. My total was 8.80 with taxes, the combo in person is for 8 dollars .. somehow person behind the counter refused to give me my food wanted to charge me more.Avoid at all costs
If you want good Dominican food on the go, this is the spot. Always fresh and the portions are huge. Great prices. The empanadas are tasty as well and full of meat, not like other places where it's all air. Definitely recommend. And the one in Union City as well.

Savoured chicken is so delicious, beautifully seasoned and always good. We've been going to John's since they opened up and never had any complaints. Great place to go out.
The packaging was subpar with orders being delivered in separate small paper bags and attached together with masking tape. It lacked professionalism.
Good food, but... The curly old man in the register wants you to pay in cash if you don't have a cash watch, for intentionally overloaded.
The Russian salad is too salty. Please reduce the salt next time. However, the sweet plantains are delicious!

They definitely give a big platter for 11 dollars definitely worth the price
