I went on Thursday and I asked for the 2 piece chicken meal and asked for 2 legs. Now the young girl repeated twice and with a Pepsi! Well when I went to pay she repeated again the order. I said yes. Well I took a drink from my drink and it was Diet Coke.I ask her if it was Diet Coke and she said Yes! I said why did you give me diet when I asked for regular. The response was Wellwe ran out of Pepsi! My response was I should be ask what I would like to drink! Very upset!!! Then she gave me the wrongorder. My experience at Jollibee was quite disappointing. When I received my drink, it was Diet Coke instead of regular Pepsi. I asked if it was indeed Diet Coke, and the staff member confirmed it. I expressed my dissatisfaction and questioned why I wasn't asked about my drink preference, only to be told they had run out of Pepsi. This was not acceptable to me.
Adding to the frustration, my order was incorrect as well. I was told to pull forward to get my drink, which was irritating. In total, I ended up spending $18 on the wrong meal and drinks. The service was terrible; I attempted to call to discuss these issues, but no one picked up and I never received a callback.

I also sampled the spaghetti at Jollibee, which was on the sweeter side and surprisingly included slices of hot dog. It was a unique twist that I didn’t expect but enjoyed thoroughly.
For dessert, I treated myself to their mango pie, which was simply divine! The crust was perfectly crispy, while the inside was filled with delicious mango filling. I also tried the ube pie, which wasn't listed on the menu, and after tasting it, I ended up devouring four of them! Made to order, they felt extra special. The ube pie had a delightful crunch outside and a soft, flavorful filling.

I don't like giving bad reviews but honestly the quality of the food is absolutely terrible. The spicy fried chicken wasn't cooked and the flavoring non-existent. The banana pie was bland... and the steak looked like dog food, tasted like nothing, andtextured like a sponge. I asked if the mashed potatoes had meat in it, they said no, clearly had meat in it I gave 2 starsbecause of the staff kindness and service. Originally I wanted to try the chicken sandwich but they were out of buns... I'venever run a restaurant so i cant jidge but a chain should have there stuff together. Not interested in going back. I hope thereare improvements with the food quality in the future.

First time eating at Jollybees and I cant wait to go back. The chicken is so amazing, crispy and juicy but not salty or chewy. I also had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and it was literally the best chicken sandwich I've ever had, it was so simple but theflavors and spice level were just perfect, the bun also added a great flavor and the piece of chicken was huge. The prices aregreat and the quality of the food is amazing.
What happened to all the options? You can't choose spicy anymore, just the original flavor, and for the combo, you can only get rice? It's not like that in the store. Plus, there are no drinks available anymore? I'm really disappointed with the limited ordering choices.
the chicken plier has a rubber-like texture. the broth is a little salty. I hope they will try to improve the taste and quality of this menu item. the same also applies to the chicken sandwich. the rest of the menu points is okay.
I ordered the same meal as last week, but this time the gravy was missing. I can still use the gravy that's on the mashed potatoes, but please remember to check next time. The chicken was amazing as always!

Ordered a 3 piece to go on a Wednesday night at about 8:45pm. I was the only customer ordering at that time. Chicken?s pretty good but as you can see, I only got only 2 of the 3 pieces I paid for.
Flavors on point. Not your usual over salted chicken. Crunch is fantastic.
