Jollibee - Reservar una mesa

This used to be my go to place for spicy fried chicken but they've suddenly gone downhill recently.Ordered online for pickup the next day and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready and had to wait another 30 mins on top due to staffing issues. That's understandable but what wasn't was the food we got. The chicken was undercooked and you could see and taste the dough/batter uncooked on the skin. It was inedible. Called and they were nice enough to remake it for us but I asked to pick up on a future date to give them time to get their stuff handled.2 weeks later, I go eat at the restaurant to give them the best chance as it's freshly made. I ordered 6 pcs chicken half spicy half classic flavor and a family pack palabok last night 6/22/23 at 8:20 pm. Waited more than 45 mins for my order, went back several times just to check if order is ready and crew said they are still preparing it. Went back couple of times again and said that they just waiting for the mango pie. So finally I went back again and it was all packed and went home just to find out that I am missing the mango pies and all the chicken was only classic flavor. I am so disappointed that I waited like 20 mins for the mango pie just to find out it was not in the bag. It was already 10pm by the time I got home and store is already closed. Order number is 255.

Worst experience ever!I 'd been waiting for 45 mins and the food never come out because they give my order to the customer who come after me. I point out this to the guy who take my order and the manager but they do nothing. The manager ask me to wait for another 20 mins to fried new chicken!!!This guy at the register even asked me when I order Palabok How many pieces do you want? Really!? Can you count noodles?The worst part is the manager who takes around 15mins face time with someone to figure out the way to void my ticket.Staffs don 't know what they are doing. All crew member need a proper training. How the business like this still exist here?Never come back again!

We try to visit this Jollibee whenever we come to visit family in Illinois and every time we come, it’s been getting worse and worse. Service is so slow, we waited 35 minutes for fast food! Then, when we asked for napkins, they gave us 5 (there were 7 of us). Seriously? Their fountain drinks were very limited because most were not working. When we asked them to refill the diet one, they tried to fix it and then just told us that they ran out of it. This was a Saturday wouldn’t you want to make sure you have these for the weekend. Food chicken was bland, gravy had no taste. Palabok was ok, only saving grace was the spaghetti and peach, mango pie. Would not recommend!

I wanted to see what the hype was about but boy did it disappoint. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the tenders. Both were over cooked and lack the juiciness I was looking for. I only ate 1 tender as I couldn't get passed the dryness and flavor. Maybe I caught them on an off day but I won't be back anytime soon.Food: 1/5
