This location has the slowest service I've ever encountered. After waiting 15 minutes for my three-piece order, I chose to cancel it. I had visited this restaurant once before and noticed the slow service, but I thought it was just an isolated incident. Unfortunately, on this occasion, everyone inside appeared tired, frustrated, and bored while waiting. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience! I strongly suggest you go to the Daly City or Serramonte locations instead. Even if they are farther away, you’ll probably have enough time to order and eat your meal before your food arrives at this place due to the lengthy wait.
I recently visited Jollibee for the first time, and unfortunately, nothing really impressed me enough to make me want to return. This isn’t a reflection on the specific restaurant, as the staff did a commendable job handling the large number of customers in line. However, the food was just typical fast food. They were out of chicken tenders, which was what I had been keen to try. Instead, I opted for the chicken sandwich, and I’d say it was comparable to KFC.
I celebrated my graduation today in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that we had a brilliant evening and the restaurant was certainly the reason for the strong gathering. The waiters contributed in a sweet style, the cuisine was delicious and my buddies were so overjoyed. We shall no dout visit again for more events. thanks very much.
In my opinion, Jollibee offers the best fried chicken—always crispy, hot, and fresh. Their menu selection is impressive, making it a true haven for Filipino comfort food. Just a heads-up: they don’t serve biscuits because Filipinos prefer rice, and Jollibee stays true to that Filipino soul food tradition. So please, don’t ask for biscuits!

I placed an online takeout order, and they initially forgot to include my rice. However, they were very accommodating and promptly delivered a completely new order, including the rice, free of charge within an hour after I submitted my feedback.
If you find yourself in San Francisco and have a yearning for a taste of home, this is the ideal place to indulge in Chicken Joy and sweet spaghetti. Its location is also very convenient, just beside Red Ribbon and Seafood City.
The best tip is to order online and pick up at the South City location. The line moves quickly, and the customer service is excellent. The place is clean and well-maintained, as always.
The chicken is juicy and crispy! Absolutely delicious. This was my first visit to Jollibee, and it was amazing! I highly recommend this place!

I truly enjoy their fried chicken—it's crunchy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The mashed potatoes with gravy are outstanding as well!
Jollibee spicy fried chicken is way underrated! Definitely a must try for anyone who loves spicy fried chicken.
