I appreciate that they use plastic straws and bags. Personally, I prefer plastic or plant-based straws over paper ones, which tend to get soggy. The plastic bags are also incredibly handy, as they effectively contain any spills from sauces, juices, or drinks—much better than flimsy paper bags. I’m really grateful to Jollibee for maintaining these options! Plus, the bags are free here, unlike the Jersey City location that charges customers for them.

The wait for the chicken exceeded an hour, and it definitely didn't live up to the hype. The chicken was overly greasy and had an unpleasant odor. Although the skin was crispy, I could taste old oil as I chewed, which was quite off-putting. The chicken in the picture appeared old and greasy. On a positive note, the peach mango pie was delicious and I'll definitely order it again. The mashed potatoes were just okay.
