I have always went here, and when I drove by I seen the open sign on so I decided to stop and get a coffee. She then told me that she couldn 't do my coffee because she was going to close in about 5-10 minutes. So we got some smoothies instead... then when she handed them to me and she told me just for future references we close at 7 and if you come 10 minutes before we won 't do any espresso or late drinks because we already cleaned it for the day. 1. You don 't technically close until 7, so why could I not get something just because you don 't feel like doing it. (Sorry that it 's your job) 2. I was given exceptional service by Benny and the rest of the team at Jolts and Juice. Benny attended to me and was never impatient while I decided what I wanted to order, while I went to get my card when we discovered that tap didn’t work with the machine, offered to wash my coffee tumbler before filling it, (even washed the lid later after my husband dropped it on the floor! , and checked in to ask if the food and drinks were okay! It was a busy time where I was there, but Benny still made sure to service and give attention to each and every customer there with a smile and a dedication to providing quality service! Came in to get my smoothie, and the barista was attentive and helpful. It was easy to customize the drink to my favorite (Black and Blue without the banana). Plus, they brought my drink out to me! The atmosphere is very chill, nice music, lots of reclaimed art, fun place to hang alone or meet someone for coffee!
Of the 3 Jack Henry, this is my least favorite because the service is spotty. Sometimes it's really good, but others they are less helpful and short your latte with foam. Excellent burritos! We had the sausage burrito and veggie burrito. Very good! Then why the missing star??? The cookie looked so scrumptious, but it was either missing sugar or had too much baking soda. Really bummed because it looked so good and it was baked perfectly!!
