I pass by this place every Saturday that I work. Today I decided to stop in. The very pleasant, well mannered fellow asked what I wanted, I said Large coffee, something strong. I didn’t take a sip until I was back in my vehicle and I have to say that first sip was very delightful. Like Wow! This was by far the best cup of coffee I have had in a very long time. The carafe, fast coffee joints have nothing compared to this. I stopped in later just to give him a thumbs up and let him know how much I enjoyed his coffee. I would’ve given it a 4 but the customer service wasn’t good.We tried the shawarma, norwegian waffle and london fog because our friends recommended it.Food quality: 4 stars because it’s delicious but not as flavourful as we expected. The london fog made me sad because I liked my homemade better.Price: it’s a bit expensive.Customer service: I asked the guy about something in their lobby because I had no idea what it was. He asked me what I think it was in a sarcastic way. He answered my question after I told him I have no idea, hence the question. The atmosphere here is truly outstanding. The owner, Alex, creates a welcoming environment where customers feel connected, and the lively ambiance encourages patrons to engage with one another. The food is absolutely delicious; I've had the falafel, shakshuka, and sandwiches, along with their incredibly tasty and visually stunning lattes (you'll understand why they're so beautiful when you visit). The prices are reasonable, and you'll leave feeling satisfied with enough leftovers to take home. As for vegetarian options, the restaurant has a rich history of primarily vegetarian dishes, and offers a wide array of delectable choices.

A friend recommended Joy to us, and it did not disappoint!! GREAT coffee, Amazing breakfasts, Authentic cuisine fresh atmosphere, and friendly service. Our host recommend a couple of items and they were fantastic! Savoury and presented very appealingly with fresh ingredients and a variety of flavours! I love Joy so much! It’s the best breakfast bar in the City! We love their coffee, tea, breakfasts, Middle Eastern food, and baking! The owner is so friendly and welcoming! We love to dine in and also to take away! Our toddler also loves to come and eat the Shakshuka!!

The food here is exceptional and incredibly fresh! The coffee is outstanding as well! Although it's a small establishment, it's family-owned, which adds a personal touch to the great service. I highly recommend this café—you won't be disappointed!
