We thoroughly enjoyed the Hotstone! The thick center-cut sirloin was outstanding, and every bite was just as delightful as the first. It was cooked exactly to my preference! Furthermore, our server, Sebastiano, delivered exceptional service. All in all, it was one of the best meals and experiences of our trip. I highly recommend Joya!
