Those who say they never ate better sushi probably didn't eat much. Few choices, there's UNE sort of maki, UNE sort of californian, etc... The rice was too cooked in too much compared to the rest, the sushi salmon did not stick to the rice and finally each room is too big knowing that a sushi should eat in a bite. Value for money, we're not there. Marking everywhere we've been cooked in the japon for more than I know how many years is not enough, it creates a certain expectation that for me is far from being satisfied. I was so frustrated that I made a sushi on Caen the week after with the double amount for the same fare and much better.
Sushi lovers, I tried several times, because the first time was disappointing, too dry rice and everything was not always tasteful, brief disappointed, but I didn't want to stop at it. I went back and it was better. So it's actually the best on Avranches. But disappointed in the view of the restaurant's liability. But it still allows to fill sushi desires....
Very happy to see a Sushi restaurant in Avranches. Owner very friendly, listening and with whom we enjoyed discussing. We price sushi, miso soup and Japanese beer for a meal at 5. Satisfied with quality price, we recommend !
