Jrc Global Buffet

Service: Most of your staff are polite, accomodating, smiling and they love what they're doing on their job. Unfortunately, there's one TERRIBLE STAFF in the Teppanyaki section. I've waited my turn to order and cook Shrimps for me, my family my friends. He told me with angry face and not so good tone of the voice you should ask them to come here. So I told him ok, just cooked the standard servings that I can have for now, then I will call my wife my friend from the table. Worst scnerario, he didn't cooked what I ordered, he asked the customer just arrived behind me and cooked their food. I tried to talk to one of the manager, that was unreliable because after talking to him nothing happen, my food wasn't cook and he continues cooking more food for the other guests. I find this staff is discriminate people and racist. Maybe, he doesn't want his job and forcing himself to do it. Ohh, obviously he's trying to cook slowly so people will not willing to wait on the queue. I feel so embarrassed and humiliated. Restaurant Ambiance: Good. Reception staff are courteous and accommodating. Restaurant cleanliness: Good. Dining staff are continuously attentive removing used plates on the table, and politely asking the guest/s if it can be remove. Good Quality: Most are good, based from what you're offering mix international cuisines. Price: Good. Competitive

I honestly didn't have much fun at the place because it wasn't the place for vegetarian lyk me. that was not so great. wat, I really liked this place, they are desserts. the ambiente was fine n eat is served as a buffet. very few options for vegetarians. Cordial staff. everything I can say, abt dis place.

the spread is large with many options to try different cuisine. although the options are good, I felt that some of the foods were cold and when some items were over, they were not replaced as it was closer to the closing time.

Bad quality, cold food, most of the food we tried had a weird smell, we ended up eating fried chicken and chips. Not variety like in other JRC global buffet. Maybe the worst JRC global buffet.

Food was cold and salty. Impatient reception staff. Within an hour of eating Symptoms of Food poisoning began!!!! Will not be returning.
