Jrc Global Buffet Wood Green

I had not been here in quite some time but I do not remember it being so poor Firstly, the guide price says For what? A lemonade? The buffet is which is high for the quality of food available. The service is appalling!...On arrival I unfortunately interrupted the lady at the desk from tweeting or whatever was so captivating on her phone, to let her know that I had a booking and gave her my details. As it was my daughters birthday, we wanted to take advantage of the free meal and so I had ready her passport to go with the booking. The lady said that it was not possible, but fortunately her colleague intervened and assured the both of us that it's perfectly possible. A man stood by my table for the entirety of my time there which at first I thought was great, the assumption being that my used plates and cutlery would be removed promptly, instead they sat there until I made movements to leave, when he grabbed everything in record time to clear the table... Before that, while the plates piled up, I considered that he may have been a wax figure. The bathroom was very dark, which made me wonder what they were hiding. The taps didn't work and the coat hook was broken, leaving me with nowhere to hang my coat while I used the facilities, on my way out forever! I will not be returning here again

Gostei muito! Sítio bastante agradável, com um atendimento muito bom! Cheguei sem marcação, pois não sabia que era preciso marcar mesa, mas a senhora que está a gerir esse serviço não nos deixou ir embora sem fazer os possíveis para encontrar um cantinho! Foi uma atenção excelente, que demonstrou o profissionalismo do estabelecimento. Recomendo, sem dúvida!! A comida é mesmo muito boa... qualidade preço super aceitável! Para além disso, o espaço em si também está muitíssimo agradável! Tudo muito bom!

I was dragged along here for a friend's hen do. Urgh! Generic mush, nothing authentic and a menu way too big for the chef. Why not specialise in a few excellent dishes instead of offering up every single food known to man/woman/beast? I do not...want to eat poorly made, poor quality food out of a trough. It's a no from me.

A good selection of food from a range of cuisine but over priced when it comes to drinks and a wider range of deserts would be good.Overall ok but drinks should be cheaper because they are nearly the cost of dinning there if more than one is bought.<br

I’ve never regretted eating in a restaurant so bad. That’s the worst place ever. Pour quality, no taste a waste of money really!!!
