This is to share about my 1 star ? experience last night. We used to live close by and passing through during dinner time, we thought this was going to be a treat! We love their food!As soon as we pulled into the drive-tru they were rude. The young lady was acting like the mic didn't work while they took our order. So we pulled up and immediately The manager was bobbing his neck explaining the mic didn't work while trying to hold back his laugh. He said he was in the middle of training, but had gross attitudes like I've never experienced. customer service has been pretty bad lately. last week. waits on the drive through menu for someone to take my order for a very long time. I was the only person there and the waiting period was almost 10 minutes before I helped. drive to the window to pay for my eating. the guy who wears a dirty hemd, took my money and dropped my hot sauce on the floor. then he took the hot sauce off the floor and put in my pocket. I asked him if he dropped my hot sauce, he said no excuse, but then he replaced the hot sauce. then he took what was in the bag, and disappeared behind the running gear window, came back in a few minutes and gave me my food without saying anything. yesterday afternoon terrible experience. this place is usually really good. we are a company in rancho. 8 people coming to eat, but the child with a green pullover w/ bart was rude for many customers. he claimed he was training new employees. sloppy food and service complaints in the short time that we expected in the sound. we decided to take over our service elsewhere. not properly how their employees treat customers. our company is fed elsewhere until this problem is solved. update: customer service response was müll. our business park will never eat here again. should never talk to customers like that!
I have been dining at this restaurant for years and it is truly the best place on earth! The taste of the burritos has remained delicious since I was a child, and it still brings back those fond memories. No other place can compare to the amazing flavors they have to offer. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food with homemade tortillas, perfectly seasoned dishes, and homemade rice and beans, then this is the place to visit. I absolutely love Juanita's burritos!

This restaurant is incredible. The food is amazing. To give you an idea, I was the 12th car in the drive-through line and there were 10 more cars behind me. By the time I got to the window to pick up my order, there were at least 15 cars behind me. This was at 6:30pm on a Friday. The service was excellent and the food was hot. I highly recommend Juanita's III.
This restaurant is amazing! I used to enjoy meals at the Juanita's Pomona branch on Indian Hill when I was younger. I am thrilled that there is now a location in Rancho as well. The shredded beef tacos are absolutely delicious and so satisfying.
Love Juanita's!! And I was determined to get some!! Even though the line was around the building, and drive thru was tight, it was definitely worth the wait, and it moved along quickly!!!? So yummy, priced right! Glad I stopped!
I have been a customer at Juanita's for years. However, since the COVID pandemic, I've noticed that whenever the general manager is not present, there tends to be at least one item missing from my order.

Love this place, fresh home made flour tortillas make any mexican meal taste better. This is the second location i go to and they are both as good.
