I’ve been patronizing the business since 2021. Upon my encounters this year, the customer service has declined, for me, personally. The staff is not warm and welcoming and the owner specifically, has somewhat of a bad attitude Everytime I come into the establishment. He always has an off putting look on his face. Just this past week I walked in and the owner was at the register, I said “Hello” and he stared at me silent, I said “picking up” he replied “name” and I told him. Really great grilled chicken sandwich, the sauce they put on there is a little sweet but not overpowering (ask for light sauce if you don’t like sweet), chicken was smoky and the provolone paired with it perfectly. Love the plantain chips on the side too, I love having a light side with my sandwiches. Wish I lived closer so I could try this place more often, not a lot of healthy places in Springfield, if you want healthy food, there is your place!

I only had the Tropical Smoothy and was excellent. I look foward my next visit to town to try other choices.
