Visited this location earlier today around 2:30pm wanting something cold to drink on this hot day. When I entered the establishment, no employees were present at the registers, they were in the back probably cleaning or something. I waited for about 4-5 minutes until one employee noticed I had been waiting to be helped. She was extremely apologetic and felt bad that I had been waiting so long! She kindly upgraded my drink to a larger size free of charge to make up for the inconvenience. THAT is good customer service and her kindness made my day. I will return to this location because of her!
I went in yesterday afternoon and was greeted so nicely by Alex. She was so friendly and was ready to take my order. Not only did she take my order she also made my order and it was the best Acai bowl I've had. She made sure that it was perfect and so worth the money I spent on it. You need more employees like Alex. It's because of her that I will come back to this establishment. She greeted with a smile and sent me off with a smile. If you are ever in the area be sure to stop by and see Alex for A1 customer service.
This is a fantastic place for smoothies, juices, and snacks (they even offer pretzels and pizza bites!). I tried the Zone protein shake with peanut butter and whey protein, and it was exactly what I needed to refresh myself on a warm day while boosting my nutritional intake. The service was outstanding, and I would definitely return when I'm in the area.
We've visited this restaurant numerous times, and the service is always outstanding. We typically go to the location in Chino Hills. They have plenty of outdoor seating available by the fountain, which is lovely. Our favorite drinks are the strawberry and mango smoothies.

I’ve gone to this juice it up a couple of times and every time I go the service is very good. The girl that makes my drink always makes it perfect and asks me about my day which makes me happy. I think she mentioned her name was Natalie.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The quality simply isn't there. I ordered an acai bowl, and what I received was just juice in a cup with some fruit on top. I was very disappointed.
Very disappointed that they made my green drinks so watery and flavorless! I should've taken him back and got my money!

Fresh juice, protein choices, vitamins. One of the best juice places I’ve been to.
